Which X-over to use?

I have a Pioneer AVH-P3100dvd HU and a Rockford 500-4 amp, running only front componets and sub. Both have built in crossovers, which would be a better choice, run the x-over on the HU and run the amp in all pass mode, or turn off x-over on HU and run low pass and high pass on the amp?
