XM antenna question.

I'm thinking about getting a new head unit for my car. I'm looking to get something double din, with nav and iPod/iPhone integration. Bluetooth would also be a bonus. (I do have a Pioneer 2300DVD right now).
Anyways, my main question is, would I be able to tap into the XM antenna on the roof and use that as my gps antenna?

This is one head unit I'm considering:

Feel free to throw different choices out there too.

Pretty sure you still need a tuner specific to the deck but u can use the antenna on top of the car instead of the one that comes with the kit.

Alright, then my next question; how to you take it off? Is it adhesive? And does anyone know if there is a wire running to it through the roof?

The mini one.

Edit: another question. Would the 2300dvd I have now use the same harness that plugs into the back of the unit as the X40BT?
