Here's a few quick shots I took of my new SS. So far the only thing I've put on her is a shorty 15" antenna in gloss black. Further plans include intake, Flowmaster exhaust, and window tint. More pics to come soon.

Nice ride...I stopped off at a dealership last night and looked at a silver 2.4L SS which was automatic without the leather interior...GM did a nice job on it. The rims match it so well and the body flows really well.

Yeah, I am a big fan of the 2.4L design. anyone else have pics of their 2.4?

 

The stock antenna is HUGE like 36" sticks way above the roofline of the car.... looks terrible IMO. I haven't been able to tell any difference in reception with the new antenna. I like the solid black on mine, fits with the "sleeper" theme I'm going for. The company I ordered mine from is called Shorty and they have a huge selection. Chrome, flamed, skulls, iron crosses, you name it. The antennas just screw on to the stock mount so installation is a piece of cake. Prices are under $50, so if any of y'all are after a sweet looking antenna it's worth checking out.

 

I think i am gonna get a shorty for mine... i hate those tall whips on the factory antenna's... they are so uncalled for. the technology to make short antennas exists so why you have to go aftermarket instead of just getting one standard makes no sense. i'll be upgrading first thing. awesome ride man!

 

I finally don't feel like the only one around here with a 2.4. Silver looks great enjoy your new toy .

 

Has anyone taken a 2.4 SS to the track and gotten any times yet? Pretty curious to what they run stock.

yea the laser blue isint available till like next month or something. Im torn as to which blue i like better but the arrival is awesome lookin. I need to get some pics taken.
