Finally all settled in together. My wife and I bought our first house and just finished moving this past week.

Hey Robert, yea she's treating me very well. I love having it as a DD. I've only had to do a few things to it since buying it. The passenger seat belt retractor has a sensor in it for the passenger side air bag that quick working so i had to replace the whole mechanism. And at some point the Delco spark plugs were replaced with some Autolites and weren't torqued down so the #3 cylinder spit out the spark plug, had to have a heli coil done on the cylinder head so they could put in a new set of plugs. Other than that, it's got a code that comes on every now and then for the front o2 sensor, which I've already got one purchased but haven't had a good warm weekend to install it. no big deal though, all pretty small stuff relatively speaking.

I moved since sending you my address to send the extra key. If you want I can PM you or text you my new address if you don't mind dropping it in the mail, that would be great! I'm always afraid of locking myself out or something dumb


I think that's the brand of them. I do know they're made in Taiwan though.

I'll get a picture maybe this weekend of them lit up for you. My phone won't take pictures in the dark so I'll try to get one before the sun sets tomorrow for you. They do blink fast, but honestly it doesn't bother me a bit. Not sure what the big fuss is over a fast turn signal.









I ended up ordering two more of the Camaro SS emblems and put those on last weekend. i really like them, what do you guys think?

definitely like those taillights I had considered them a few times and now that I've seen them on victory red I do believe I will have to get a set.

 

Thanks Rich! I do love the tail lights. I actually don't have any 4th gen interior pieces, I sold pretty much all we had from the '98 that we used for my dad's IROC-Z LS1 swap.

After having a small run-in with a blown tire tread on the highway, insurance is giving me a whole new front bumper and Turbo SS upper and lower grills as well as getting a fender and the hood repainted. Its going to look really slick when I get it back from the body shop later this week. i will be sure to post pics.

I'm hoping to pick it up from the body shop tomorrow. I wanted to post up some pictures to show the damage, it wasn't that bad though. Can you believe the shop charged my insurance $3,400 to fix it? It included a new bumper, new chin spoiler, new (Turbo) grills, and painting all the parts along with the hood and driver side fender.

lol if its not too badly damaged I will grab it and have my buddy at a bodyshop fix it for me. My car desperately needs a lip!

 

I asked for the whole front clip back to sell and make some of my deductible back
