Very nice! The dual pass modd works wonders when your running a smaller pulley. Get ready for the install because the GM instructions sucks. Took me only an hour, but I had no idea you have to re route the entire flow path of the cooling system. Also the 1\4 line that bleeds the air out of the system attaches to the top of the aftercooler drain\bleed plug. Make sure you have a 1\8 thread NPT with a 1\4 nipple.

i got the whole deal man, the DP endplate comes with the seals, but i got the intake gaskets, y fitting, resivior, cap,
i even have the hoses precut already...but all in good time with proper planning
cuz i may do the head gasket/pistons at same time

east coastz--good to know, i took apart an LSJ intake mani on an RL and just need to work out mounting and plumbing

is this the plug on top of the HE? can i just keep filling the system with it running until just coolant comes out the top of the HE?

i have a vacuum bleeder at my shop so i may forego the bleeder install

what you think?

Damn, you sure are working the hell out of that thing. Now I know why you can't spare a puny $1500 for that HP Tuner kit!

You're going to give some old timer a heart attack pulling up behind him. He's going to think Satan is behind him! Keep pluggin away!

umm........353 buddy! I'm considering some Headers. Was going to order a Corsa Exhaust a few weeks ago. The guy at the shop told me that I could get a solid 20-30 HP with some Kooks Headers. I'm going to shoot for 400 WHP before the end of the year......

Sorry no pics bro. The HE plug is on top left(passanger side) 11 or 12mm. I found everything I needed at Pep Boys. The NPT fitting(thread size 1\8 and 1\4 nipple end that connects to the 1\4 hose on the new coolant tank). As far as the .040 orifice you just stick the damn thing in the 1\4 hose as it restricts coolant back flowing to the tank, but gets all the air out of the system. The orifice I cut off of a 4 way vaccum spliter I also found at Pep Boys. Good Luck
