well, i ordered an ss s/c on nov. 2/05. it is now feb 4th, and my sales rep said it still hasn't been built yet. (i work for the dealer). so a few weeks ago i changed the original color from laser blue to black because we got in a laser blue malibu and it was too purple for me. after seeing those pics of yours i want the sunburst orange. looks ******' sweet is an understatement!! just so happens the other dealership that my dealer 
owner owns has a sunburst orange in their showroom. i am heading down that way thismorning to go to monstertrucks at bc place today so i am going to stop by and tell him i want that one. i have had enough waiting and like i said, after seeing those pics, enough said!! thanks for the excellent quality pics, you made my day!!
