I really like those. My dad was gonna get one a few years back, right after they first released that one. But they eliminated our local Mitsu dealership, so my dad didn't get it. Oh well.
Nice Ralliart!!

no performance parts yet. i haven't had a good race yet where i lost and i wanna increase my power so i can beat them. if that makes since. yet i really like it a lot. it's gotta very flat torque curve just like the ss s/c just not quite as much at the wheels. lol. it's a fairly quick car tho. i've eaten some spec v's. that's probably the quickest car i've raced. i wanna race a n/a ss but there isn't any here in guam. oh well, i will when i get back to the states. i'll probably me modding it also after christmas. thanks for the comments!!!!!!

yes the ralliarts are very surprising. with a better tire(not necessarily a drag radial or slick) a 14.9 sec quarter mile has been achieved. believe it or not, bridgestone potenzas was the tire.

I believe you are refering to a Motor Trend comparo test. They ran a test later and got 15.4 (or 15.5) and blamed it soley on the tires. I mean the tires only matter on the launch.
Car and Driver got a 15.5
I just don't buy a 14.9--29XX lbs and 162hp is why. They are quick but I have real trouble with a sub 15 sec stock 1/4 mile. Magazine times are good to look at but I like to see them run in person----but then most people can't drive!

yes but do you believe a 2800lb car with 147-155 whp and wtq running 15.4 on rs-a's and a 14.9 on potenza's. i do. and that's what a ralliart is. mitsu underrated them. they really have more like 175-180 crank hp.

yea, the tranny is really smooth. but the gears are so short that it really needs a 6th gear. 5th gear going down the road at like 60-65mph the rpms are over 3000 and the motor sounds like it really needs to be shifted into the next gear. mivec kicks in at like 3500 so once you hit that you are just guzzling gas. but the tranny is a good one. it's geared perfect for acceleration. it's a lot better gearing than a spec-v. i'll tell you that.
