Funny how we all got a piece, that car was a *****.

You can order these trunk lids, and OEM CF hoods from Keith Losier.

www.desiredcustoms.com

Looks like Keith may get a small spike in sales, after my little post here.

Thanks again for the compliments!

SharpSS'06 (Yellow 2.0 S/C)

Just so we keep everything in perspective; I don't like the trunk in black-on-red & w/o the wing. Looks like & base SS model & loses part of the S/C allure.
I do like the hood though & would put that on my beast!!!!
So, I don't want a part of the trunk ho.

Of course, to each theur own.
Have a good one guys.

Has anyone found a direct replacement shorty that is a nice fit?

Like how the Honda S2000 antenna fits the Toyota Celicas perfectly.

Dude, turboeco, is the RK sport hood functional? Did you get a kit to hook up your intake to it? Is one available through gravanda? If you don't have one hooked up, do you have plans to, or is it mostly for show? Good work dude, looks great!

I still have small holes in my trunklid as well from my factory spoiler.

Your car has convinced me to get a carbon trunk however I prefer gravana's I like the brake light.

Rksport's front bumper will be out in May their new front looks sick!! Again keep up the great work man.

My underneath is different than the production under-skeleton I've seen.

I believe I have the prototype hood, since mine is non functional, where as the production model is. Although the production hood routes the air over to where the 2.2liters air filter sits, so its not of use to the 2.0 guys anyway. I'm just going to dremel out where its a wall, so the air will flow straight through and clear out the hot engine bay.

Thanks Domestic, love what you're doing as well!

Domestic, have you heard or seen if the front bumper is gonna line up with the factory skirts or not? I know you said you were stopping by RK when you got back to cali. I also recall Jim Wright saying, they were looking for suggestions on sideskirts. They hadn't begun working on them yet, just the front.

I'm dying to see the final version!

I am shaving my trunk and antenna. Yep good bye wing, goodbye trunk lock, good riddens antenna...LOL I like making a vehicle look like no other common car. I plan to make it look like improved but still factory. I still like the rims, but the center caps will be changed. not sure to what though. thought of SS. any suggestions?

How long have you had the trunk? I would think that you are asking to get pulled over without the center brake light.

Def looks good.

I live by a very high traffic street, I've been watching the cars out my window since reading your post.

Most cars do in fact have the third brake light, more than I thought. There still are many factory cars driving by without third brake lights. I'd assume I'm still legal.

Good looking out though, thanks.

Looks nice! I have been tossing around the idea of cf hood, trunk, and painting the roof and bpillar a gloss black to match finishes. Just haven't been able to find much on quality hoods or lids yet! What brand is your lid? did it fit 100% with no bs cutting etc? how is pattern in the cf? is it just clear coated, is it a gel and resin finish/coat etc etc
