Pictures of my Turbo Z24.
Saturday I pulled out my turbo z24 for the first time in 9 months. It has been under a car cover the whole time. These pictures are before I washed it. I also have a couple goodies for it, and lots of plans.

This is a new part I got. It has to be refinished, but you get the idea.

Also got these for it.

Not feeling it. Sorry. You should sell it and buy an SS/SC.

Ok some more info. It was not a camera phone, yes I could use a new camera, but I have 2 Z24's that are my toys and money goes to them first.
I can't believe you call this rice (but to each there own), and it if it did not have a turbo you would really call it that. A turbo does not make a car rice or not.
As for what the car runs/ran. Since I have had it it went to the track once. 14.9's on 4psi. I could only get 4 psi because I blew the turbo to manifold gasket on the way. It ran 14.9's all day. Also the car currently is non-intercooled with 240 degrees intake temps, but has still ran with STI's. I'm not happy with the times it got with me, but those will get better I assure you.
Future plans are fixing the motor (not sure whats up), intercooled, swapping to a 97 ECU so we can use HPTuners to tune with. Besides that lots of boost!!
Thanks for the comments. I will try to find a picture of the engine bay.

the camera was an hp photosmart 120 series cam ... I like the 3rd pic the best it looks really smooth. If you work hard to make a car look tastefully nice i dont think it can be considered rice. There are lots of cars that are done up with just enough taste to be unique and those are the cars I like to see. While the cavy is not my cup o tea what you have done to it makes it look good. I would ride with you man good luck with your project

Very nice man...those 2.4s may not be as refined as the Ecotec, but they're still strong little workhorses. I don't doubt you saying you ran with STi's when it was running well. Keep up the good work.
