Hey whats up everyone, its riceburner, aka Adam. I'm 22, and an engineer of sorts for Comcast. Still in college, doing my thang!
I got this car last May bone stock, was in love with these cars since 05
something about the looks, bang for the buck, mileage, and of course, that lustful blower whine. Finally found one after searching for a year and had to scoop! Been hopelessly addicted since. Really great car to look at, drive, take to the occasional show... just a real treat. Havent found any 'haters' yet either so what can i say, i'm sold

I wash this car twice a week and claybar/wax it often as well. trying to keep a dd in showcar condition ain't easy though.

^^it never stops, 07lsj, it never stops

and thanks MP! i'm dig as well.

funny story about the wheels actually... last week i ordered a small tub of poorboys wheel sealant to keep the powdercoating nice

got it, put it on the bar in my garage. later went to take off one of my wheels. cleaned it up nice, put it on the bar. put on the so called 'sealant' all over the rim, let it sit for a while as directed per website instructions i had read earlier.

when i went to take the stuff off, it didn't wanna come off easy.. thats wierd i thought.. kept on scrubbing at it with my buffing pad... WTF! a lot of it was like caked on. i go to look at the directions on the actual tub - it was a tub of wall caulking, right next to where the wheel sealant was.

luckily it all came off with enough hosing... now the wheel was ALL scuffed and hazed up. i was pissed lol!!! buut a good polish later it was good to go and now the wheels are all good fail..

they cleared them but you know... just trying to make sure they stay nice with brake dust an all that, washing the wheels now should basically take a hosing and almost no scrubbing at all to keep em nice

Awesome dude, it's not too hard of a job with the right tools. You should be able to bang it out in a couple hours.

No lol don't have to worry about anything like that. Just make sure you compress the spring before you take it out of the strut and you'll be good.
