Sonicyeller's March FCOTM Submission!
Not sure why he had to do that? Mine is a REALLY tight squeeze, but it doesn't interfere with the lower grill. Like the I/C is barely touching the back of the bumper cover, but not enough to put any amount of pressure on it.
Actually, I was just thinking and forgot about this because it happened to me when I installed my ZZP I/C -- if your buddy installed the mounting brackets or little spacers on them wrong, then the I/C will sit about .75" inches too far forward and you cant reinstall the grill because the clips/tabs don't have enough room to go back together. I bought my ZZP I/C used from FrossB and I didn't have any install instructions, so I made this mistake the first time I put it on and had to take it apart and fix the way I put the mounting brackets on.
Just some food for thought. I was dead set on putting my grill back on for maximum sleeper effect, so no matter what I would have found a way.
