probably the difference in plastic and metal parts. my balt was silver and the bumpers seemed to be slightly lighter or brighter in color than the rest of the body.

Yea, a difference in how the paint sheds the light different on metal and plastic. The only way to see it is through the camera though, your eye won't pick it up...

Thanks all!

Captain, sweet car. I loved it. and everyone else who thinks this car looks good in the pics, the pics do not provide justice for the way it looks in person. it is really clean.

It deserves your vote.

Great pics, but you need to host them in the cobaltss.net gallery!

The grills? All you have to remove is the bowtie, and upper rad shroud. The upper rad shroud is part of the grill, so the grill gets cut off, and you put the shroud back on. The rest is done with screw in brackets.

No, you don't. Unless they seriously changed the mounting design from when i got mine.
All i used was a jigsaw to lop off the grill, and a knife to clean up the shroud. The knife was also used to carve some space on the centre crossbar for mounting brackets. Self tapping screws came with.
Lower grill is real easy. Place and locate where the brackets go, mark, take it off. Mount the brackets, and then put on the grill. The upper grill took me an hour and 15 mins, the lower took 20 mins.
