I been tring to call for a few days now and your voice mail is full. My controllers been broke for quite awhile. I have ran accross that you are a reseller for coolingmist. Should i just contact them about getting this fixed.

Maybe you will see this and finally start answering your phone. This is very aggravating. I just want my controller fixed.. I thought you where a repable business but a google street view of your location i see is just a house.....

Yea, this Makes sense. End of the Summer and all. I'd give him more time. Ive never had a problem with them... and I'm sure he's on Vaca or something like that

 

Its not like its been a day or 2 . This has been going on for awhile..... I been pretty patient. But luckly for me someone who did not want to be mentioned has got me fixed up.

 

I hope he's on vacation, I need some info.....

 

FYI. AIS has been moving for the last 2 weeks into a larger location and have not been able to return calls.

I know Rodney pretty well I dont know your situation but I know that they will take care of you. Hopefully they will be back next week.

David don't worry about me, I know infact that these controllers are actually just Coolingmist kits rebranded. I emailed you about my situation and you told me to wait longer. I have already waited long enough. I just wanted a working controller.

I am glade Rodney is moving to a new bigger house...

But it have been taken care of by another alcohol injection vendor. I have a working controller otw to me now

I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere
