That is the guy on ebay. He has the pulleys that look stock. There might be another company too but I know he is one of them. Here you go.

intense also uses the 5 bolt pattern over the 4 like most others. added security. also the way there ribbed you wont get any slipping. im using the stock belt size and tensioner and every thing and no slippage sence the first week man. highly recomended

Intense and zzp pulleys will fit each others hubs...biletflow are great quality but so are the other ones.

2.5 from intense w/ machining
2.6 from zzp w/o machining
zzp is going to be making a 2.4 w/ machining
Pulleyboys makes a 2.4 w/ machining

I have INTENSE's, and it's a great product! Nice deep ridges to prevent belt slip.

On the stock looking 2.8 pulley, would it pass warranty? I know on the 03' Cobra's the Supercharger has a special bolt and seal that once you remove the pulley your screwed on putting the stock one back on and passing warranty tech lol. I'm thinking of buying one of these Cobalts for a DD while I build my 69', but I want it to run 12's lol. would a 2.8, injectors, tune, header, cat-less pipe, exhaust get her there. Not word about the driver mod

Going with a stock set up ,and hoping to support a forum vendor ,which will allow me to stay under warranty, not replace belt,at least "semi-easy" to install on the street in an afternoon ? Anyone ? Thanks for any help on this one.

That really isn't feasible unless you did the stage 2 modular system from the dealership. The stock pulley is on there TIGHT. We used a huge press to get mine off. You can buy smaller press on pulleys and still do that, it just would take a while to pull the s/c and remove the smaller pulley and press on the stock one. You would probably experience some belt slip. Since the stage 2 comes with a new belt, I would imagine that would be a problem for you. The stock pulley is 3.32" I belive and the stage 2 is 3".

Well price all depeneds on which manufacturer you use. I use pulleyboys but there are lots of others out there. there isnt a chip for or cars you actually have to have the computer reflashed.
