so you had the same problem as me with the 5th injector spraying fuel on start up. They sent me a new one and it did the same thing again, now i have to unplug the 5th injector start the car and plug it back in. Need my multi meter to figure this on out.

2.2ionjentzsch if you find out your problem with the 5th injector let me know so i can get rid of the gay problem

i was talking with dave and he said it is a wiring problem? but my question is did it work here in denver and then failed 1 day in TX? what could of changed? did maybe a wire come off or something???

throwing idea's out there? When did it start...etc

For me it was not wirering as I did not even have the harness connected to the 5th injector and it still fired fuel....

no I had the 5th injector go bad and after that it has never been the same again.

Update:

Finally got to run her under some real boost!

Internal wastegate set for 7.5 and boost controller as well.

Spools up nicely and spikes to about 8psi then levels back out to 7.5ish.

Need to do a little tuning as it runs way to rich when I do a 3rd gear pull and boost is around 3-5. It drops hard to 10.0:1 AFR!

Other then that, she runs great.

i am in the middle of doing my turbo set up. do yo have a schematic for connecting the SMT-6 ...? yo have an 07 correct?

yeah it came along with the kit i bought from LewiSS.
it has a tune on it for the 2.4 he tuned it on. i think its actually gong to work better on my 07 because of all the changes they made to the 2.2

Just order the Garrett Turbo kit for $3,194.00 total

they were having a sell so i decided to buy one after many months of saving. i got it off turbo-kits.com. the kit is the one with tuning, the injectors, and the others
