Maybe you should look to see what numbers Hahn racecraft is making with their 2.4L turbo kit on their Soltice. I think you have some benefits and possibilities with a stock bottom end that the 2.2 and 2.0 don't have. That .4L extra you have on me certainly will make a difference when boosted properly.

 

Ok, SEMA is over, what's the verdict?

Well hopefully we wont see the same thing as what happened to the mustang kit that was released last year. I dont know if its even availble now. If it is out we will be sure to carry it. I have my rep already looking into it.

gotta clear this up...rods snapped under a 100 shot at 281 all simultaneously....boosted (gradual increase of power opposed to instantaneous through N20) should see atlest 300 before breaking, NJHK would know better than me tho

 

Just received confirmation from garrett gearhead that the 2.2 kit will be out in Janurary for sure.

course im still saving for a turbo anyway...but damn i cannot wait!

 

i cant wait!! i want to turbo my 2.2L Ls in the near future. gotta get some debt paid off and save some cash! good thing is, most of these websites let you finance!! so whats the rumor on these turbo's? and how much should i expect for install, or could i do it by myself w/a couple of buddies.

 

It's January...where is it . I know...3 days into January and I'm already asking about it...hopefully what you said here is true.
