hahn or zzp turbo kit?
whos would you say is better. im lookin between the zzp turbo kit for the lsj and the hahn stage 5. do any of you guys have opinions on both?
user preference really ZZP is widely used by cobalt owners but the hahn kits are pretty rare now because garrett stopped producing them, at least the garrett turbo kit (hahn took that kit and tweaked it a little)
ZZP would be so much easier to install IMHO

Ive done two hahn kits, one on a solstice and one on an ion redline and i must say there directions are very easy. Never done zzp kits and i dont know how well instructed they are but if your going for the best bang for the buck it would be zzp in my opinion. Thats my 2cents

ok so im ordering the kit tuesday from zzp, im really excited. im also gonna go with the ttr intake manifold. what kind of plumbing do i need so i can use the ttr intake manifold? i noticed when looking at the pic for the zzp turbo kit the piping is different.
IMO get the kit/manifold and then order what you need after you see what you have.
The parts in the pic are old twincharge pipes. We don't have many of those around anymore. The ZZP kit comes with an intake manifold. I'm def. not saying don't use the ttr mani, but our kit charge piping doesn't fit that intake. Our intercooler doesn't have the correct inlet/outlet for the charge pipe in the pic. If you order the LSJ complete swap it comes with everything, turbo, dp, wastegate, intake, fmic, charge piping, etc..

this kit also leaves me with another 1500 or so to spend so any ideas ryan on what else i can buy
i have a clutch and all that good stuff. is the down pipe a 3inch exit on the turbo kit? and does it have an extra bunge on it for my wideband?
