That looks a little cheaply made. Check out the ZZP Intercooler Kit.

Turbo XS is the highest quality, read reviews, never once any reported issues. Turbo XS is a much larger company than either one of those stated.

PM Zoomer to see if they can give you pricing for just the intercooler. Also MPx intercooler would be on their website, I'll see if I can find the link for you.

okay, i'll be purchasing an intercooler within the next week. looking for your opinions on what i should buy for the best bang for the buck, a quality intercooler for a good price. keep in mind its just a replacement for my broken one and the car is alomost stock, and will be staying that way. any input to help me will be greatly appreciated.

Check ZZP, MPx, or Tredstone.

You are ignoring Turbo XS? They are 10X the size of those other companies in a manufacturing standpoint in volume... Turbo XS is a huge company, top products.

TurboXS is fairly new to the Cobalt scene though. Has anyone ever tested their products?

TurboXS is too expensive. $480 when the rest of the competition is around $350?
