Know someone wanting to turbo his LSJ. IRCC Vulcan has a mani with a Mitsu flange..I'm thinking Evo Big 16G. That would be perfect for the wanted power level, not that expensive, and it will spool quick.
Has any Cobalt ran that setup? Open to any suggestion or anything else for a "budget" build

The big 16g would work sweet. My buddies 2nd gen is on one making over 400 to all 4 tires. Higher compression, but it's still a good turbo in my opinion. And it spools lights out
