Made some progress with the car today! I still need to install the fuel pump rewire, alternator, wastegate, the rest of the charge piping and exhaust.
Looking for 550whp and up. Car made 263 whp 201 wtq on stock pulley ported m62, stock ported exhaust manifold, 2.5 Corsa Sport.

I would be happy with 550 whp. Motor is built to handle 800 but right now the blower cams are going to hold me back!

I agree with TurboTech, buy theirs instead. Also with the modifications that you're making how much power are you trying to actually make? The list I'm looking at, I'm thinking big power like 400+ range.

The cams will be changed just not right now. I would like to get it running the new motor only has 500 miles on it. we really aren't that far away from each other!

Its a Bates Race Block. Comes sleeved with 1/2 in Thru studs.

Thanks! I cant wait to get it up and running its been years since i actually enjoyed the car.


Bringing the down pipe, oil pan, valve cover in for some welds today. Shop said it would be done the next day.

Got a little more progress today!
Installed:
ZZP rewire
N2MB WOT Box
Wastegate
Dump Tube
Down Pipe
Removed:
Took off my Corsa.

Still waiting on IM, Alternator, Exhaust.
Oil pan, and Valve cover will be done tomorrow!














I need to cut a little off... lol













Old Corsa!


I also started making the Catch can hoses!

nice progress! How hard was the wotbox to install? And I cut like 4 inches off the external dump or it would've hit all kinds of things lol

Yea i'm going to hack it off tomorrow. The WOT Box was pretty straight forward! Good instructions from the site. I don't know how tight it would be if the throttle body and intake manifold were on though!
