No.

Your MAP sensor is independant of your PCM. Only way it would cause issues is if it's making the fuel injectors spray when you're not in boost pressure.

what controls your 5th injector? You also might want to look into changing your oil if it was flooded that bad.

I hate to point this out... but I think its amazing that you spend all this money on the turbo setup... and the car won't even run.

Oh, it looks worse in person. The other side has a wider (but not as tall) hole. It nearly blew the block in two. The broken rod piece is free on the crank, so it didn't lock up and snap. The top of the rod and piston are gone, gone, gone. Not even any debris. It was shrapnel at the scene, no doubt. The head looks fine, but if it were to be re-used the valves on that cylinder should be checked for straight (if that rod turned loose on an intake or exhaust stroke, the piston could have slammed the valves prior to deciding it didn't want to live in the block no more).

Anyway, it will live on as a display piece at my son-in-law's shop. He plans to put a sign on it saying "how long has it been since you had your oil changed?" That is, assuming you don't want it back, slowbalt.
