No power at intercooler pump

Just as the title says. 15a fuse and relay under hood is good, but no power at the pump connector. I recently put on a zzp stage 3 with dual pass and option b. It worked fine before. Can't figure out why I don't have power. Is there another connector inline? I can't find a wiring diagram anywhere. Also, no codes pertaining to the pump. Any help is appreciated.

Are you checking power with car on? I would check the relay and make sure it is being commanded on by ECU. Actually I'm not sure if the ECU commands pump on or if the relay is just triggered by ignition source. Either way check the relay to verify that Pin #30 has power and that there is voltage across pin #85 to #86 where relay clips in when the key is on and pump should have power.

the ecm does trigger the intercooler pump, and the car must be running for the pump to be activated.

did you put the stage 3 tune in yourself with hp tuners, or did you send them the ecm, or did they send you a different one? if this is the case, be sure you check the voltage as jdbaugh1 described, and if you have no voltage there check the ecm pins, one of them may have gotten damaged.
