I am in the process of installing a zfr on my lnf. I bought it used so it did not come with the pcv line that connects from the back of the valve cover to the turbo. Can i just get some hose and hose clamps from an auto parts store to connect these two, or do I need the actual line?

I don't think there's any issue with just running a hose. There's no valve in there that I know of.

 

I got the stock one to work for now. Ill keep that in mind tho if it ends up popping off.
