plug gap on turbo 2.2

what should the spark plug gap be at with a 2.2 turbo at 8-9 psi?

i had mine set at .040 if i remember correctly....you wanna make so that u dont get spark knock....what plugs are u running

you might want to get a step colder plug...just to be safe...the ltr6ix would be perfect for you
a good rule of thumb is for every added 50hp you drop to a colder plug

yea somewhere in that area...id say between .038-.042...as long as you dont get any spark knock ur good

Watch for spark blowout though, I have mine (2.4 at 11psi) at .32 because anything bigger would just missfire like hell.

it basically depends on your setup....sometimes you have to play around with gaps until you get it right

I actually set it at .035,Thats what vince(trifecta)told me to put them at.A little more fine tuning and we're good to go

thanks,car started running a bit better after gapping them.still need to get the 1 step colder plugs though

im running 1 step colder NGK's gap=.035, but im sc'd on 17psi
