Plug those holes with Quicksteel. Buy ACTUAL "Quicksteel".

I would be worried about the quicksteel coming off and falling into the engine. It might work fine for a while, but I just don't know how well it would hold up with hundreds of heat cycles.

BLOW BY: Are you peeps worried about actually loosing performance just so you can put the words "Ported Supercharger" in your signature.

When made, the Eaton housing and it's twin screws are calibrated to run as close to the housing walls as possible to ensure mimimum blow back due to compression. Basically, if you polish any area around the twin screws, you increase the gap and increase the loss of compression.

For the love of god, don't touch the inside of the housing..

this is common sense, and it doesnt look like he touched the inside of the housing. Not sure why you are freaking out

As long as you polish the holes... it ain't falling out.

I've got 5 friends with Grand Prix GTP's that have been running plugged holes with 2.55" pulleys for OVER 20,000 miles. Mine has been in for 5,000.

NOT TO MENTION the fact that if they did happen to fall out... they won't make it past the intercooler.

Quicksteel is Hard Core and can be used to plug a hole in you Block - Rated to 500*F...

QuickAluminum isn't so strong. Its more for quick repairs to hold you over until you get to a shop.

QuickAluminum Review:
When you’re miles from nowhere, this stuff is a blessing for emergency repairs on all aluminum parts, such as broken clutch levers, mounts, etc. Whatever your misfortune, this kneadable, quick-curing-to-rock-hard putty will get you back on the road home or to the nearest repair shop

It actually will increase flow, efficiency, and performance. You won't be losing the air that is shooting back into the supercharger through the Silencer Holes.

How noticeable is the sound difference? I should grab one of the dB meters from work and test it.

Noticeable. One member couldn't hear his S/C because of his exhaust. He did the hole plug and not he can hear his S/C again.

As far as outside of the car goes... it starts to whine at a lower rpm and its much more intense.
