Possible Turbo Setup
I'm wondering is running if this would be a decent turbo setup;
2003-2005 Saab 93 Exhaust Turbo Manifold (W/O air injection)
2003-2005 Saab 93 Intake Manifold
Heavy Duty Flanges
Spearco Intercooler
Precision GT32 Turbo or Garrett T-25
HKS BOV
Accel DFI Ignition and Fuel
50lb Fuel Injectors
ARP Head Studs
I may change the Turbo Manifold depending on what is available at the time. I'm holding off getting the exhaust manifold because i would rather use an aftermarket one than one off a Saab.
I saw this turbo build on another 2.2 engine with the Precision turbo.
If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

I don't think you can use a garret turbo on the Saab manifold. I believe that they use a mitsu turbo, with a completely different flange. That said, I'm not sure what material, and I've heard of some people cutting the flange off and putting another one on, but like I said, I'm not sure when it comes to that specific manifold

Thats mostly the reason why i want someone to come out with an aftermarket exhaust manifold. That will be most likely the last thing i buy just for that reason. But i can't buy the turbo until i know for sure, so I'll get the engine setup for boost before anything else. Then I will focus on the cooling.

I have a log style manifold that I'm not going to be using. I wouldn't mind selling it to you. Only problem is that as is, I know it won't work for a GT30, but it might with a gt28, I can't test it.
With very slight modification, it'll work with anything you want. All you have to do is add on 2 7/8 of an inch onto each runner, and you'll clear the water pump

Another suggestion would be to check with a automotive fabrication shop and see if they'll make a manifold for cheap if not your stuck with spending the extra cash.
And GMPP is ridiculously slow about getting stuff to people and since there is no tracking numbers for anything they ship out it could be coming from anywhere in the United States and not show up for weeks.
