After I throughly cleaned and sanded the blower, I laid down the red base coat:

After it dried, I masked off the areas I wanted to remain red:

Then I laid down the black coat and then the clear coat:

Well it's all in minus the oil catch can and the rerouting of the washer fluid line (sensor swapped just need longer washer fluid line to run from driver's side to the passernger's side.

Got a couple of issues to work out, i.e. car starts but instantly dies. Scan tool is showing that it's the TB.

DIC also reads "Engine Power Reduced"

Hopefully we figure it out soon.

Couple things.

1. If you pull up the plastic cowl cover, you can pull off the stock washer line and flip it over (run it the opposite direction) and it'll fit perfectly down to your washer bottle!

2. Looks like it's a wiring issue with the TB. I would start there.

Come to find out we had the IC pump hardwired into a unused fuse tap and it was causing the tb issues. After putting it on a relay it was fine.

WOW. Just got back from a night of data logging and just plain having fun..!

This car is awesome. Pushing 10 PSI currently. Have a couple of issues though:

1. When in reverse and any "lunge" will cause my pulley to grind the frame.

2. On my way home tonight, my car "died" kind of. All the power went off but the car was still running. Lights, gauges, radio, everything inside, etc. all shut off and then had to reset themselves, usually taking anywhere from 2-5 seconds. Although the car never shut off itself, it's pretty scary when driving down the freeway at night and your lights shut off..! This happened 5 times on the way home. 4 out of 5 were during WOT runs. 1 out of 5 was shortly after a WOT run where the power kicked out. Now because of these mishaps, I have a CEL again. I believe a datalog that Riley will be sending captures this occurrence happening. Altogether, tonight between Riley and myself, we did approximately 15-20 WOT pulls and this happened 6 times.

Oh I almost forgot:

WPP is my BFF.

1. It would do that on my car, too. With time it'll wear a groove and it won't happen anymore... Or you can get stiffer engine and tranny mounts to negate the problem. Stupid automatics...

2. No clue on this one. I'm guessing it has something to do with where you spliced into.
