Stuck at 5psi with stock tune

Ok I gotta synapse intercooler and charge piping with a greddy rs type bov and a block off on the stock turbo recirculating bov. Sometimes the check engine light comes on and sometimes the boost is restricted to 5psi and when it is the turbo flutters like crazy and it seems the bov isnt working properly at that point? I pecked on the bov and it stopped this until I pulled over and turned off the motor and then it got stuck again but who's to say it wasnt a coincidence? Idk what's wrong

Yet to run codes but just pulled over and knocked on the bov again and it's working fine? The car had this stuff when I got it so I'm thinking either the bov has the wrong spring and is too weak or is just ready to bite the dust which scares me. Btw the car has always randomly threw the cel and I'm almost 100% sure it's because of the block off on the turbo

I'm on an iPhone too lol but to be honest the previous owner said that it may pop up and it was because of that. It just so hard to tell about a car someone else worked on

I'm thinking that the bov is defective though for real. I'll run by advance auto and use there computer to check my codes. I have 4k so it's tempting to just get a zzp bog Warner kit and a clutch and just forget all this. I'm sure and tune and new bov would help

Well I would rather throw a trifecta tune and cams and springs but I'd hate to do all that and still end up replacing a bov
