So a few snags we hit today.
1. Can't find the M8x1.25x130 bolts. No one sells them so we gotta try and find them somewhere.
2. My fuel injectors won't plug into any harness that we have. Any ideas?
3. Can someone PM the 6 pin to 8 pin TB rewiring?

you h ave to repin the lsj harness with your stock harness, and that will solve the injector problem...
boltdepot.com has all sorts of bolts, u bought mine froma local bolt shop bc it was cheaper, but boltdepot has almost all sizes of bolts.

jn2 i'm guessing chad called you a few times today, ok our last major problem is my supercharger didn't come with the actuator parts
numbers 12591349, 12584338, 24507839, and 12584337. If anyone has any of these parts let me know ASAP. Text me at 7175575711. I need them desperately please. Thanks.

Ok getting a new supercharger so I can get the actuator. Still need to get the belt on also. Also a question for the experts here. How do I get my stock L61 map sensor to fit onto the LSJ manifold? Then can I use the LSJ map sensor to plug the hole on top of the supercharger?

I didn't realize Jared had a thread over here.
Here is the info and some pics.
OK...DAY 1: 4-30-2010
We feel like we got a lot accomplished considering a few things.
-We started actually tearing into the car around 4pm - ish.
-Did the normal stuff like, pull the wheels off and put the car on jackstands
-The front bumper was already off..so that was a plus.
-Jareds car is wired like nothing you would believe with just the strangest **** everywhere.
-So that means probably 20% of the day was actually removing wiring and trying to figure out WTF it was and which lights it went to
-Scott (soundbalt) was a big help with that at the start of the day unfortunately he had to leave to go to work. But he will be back tomorrow to continue his excellent work!
-Computer fan?????????? Why WTF....ripped that the **** out.
-As that was going on we worked on removing the tensioner, intake manifold, throttle body, intake, stuff like that.
-Then Chad (PyschoCam) showed up :woot: ...and this is were we started to really get into it.
-We all worked on our own little project and helped each other out with things.
-Chad worked on getting the MAF sensor, Throttle body, and a few other things wired properly. ( Thank you so much for that Chad. You were a big help)
-All in all...we got the MAF sensor and Intake intact
-The intake manifold, IC pump bracket and pump are all installed. (Minus 2 bolts because we need washers)
-The heat exchanger is bolted up and fittings attached (we need better hose so we couldn't plumb the it)
-Thats pretty much it for today.
-Tomorrow will be more involved. We have to wire up the TB and Injectors and have Scott work on removing all the bullshit wiring out of the car so it doesn't look like **** ( no offense Jared )

Day 2: 5-1-2010
I don't even know where to begin...
-Morning started off with Scott and Chris working on some wiring issues (Jared related add ons...not LSJ swap stuff)
-Chris got the intake manifold & the AC compressor buttoned up.
-Then once we were all there we got the bolts off of Jared for the alternator and got that all bolted.
-Chris and I started to tackle the engine bay and Scott and Jared worked on rewiring all of the Jared add ons so the damn thing won't catch on fire.
-Chad showed up and we started working on rewiring the LSJ TB plug, injector harness and a few other misc things that needed wired properly
-Basically...we got the M62 bolted on, the tensioner assembly is intact, the air intake and coupler is all attached.
-The TB is wired properly ( Thanks Kyle (MP81) )
-The washer pump is wired
-The IC pump is wired and works.
-The heat exchanger is plumbed and holding fluid.
-The LS bumper has been notched and fits.
-The only thing holding us back from finishing tomorrow is the fact that we are short a few parts. We need the actuator and hoses that go on top of the blower. ( I have no clue were we are going to find this)
Just a few other small things that we have to get figured out tomorrow. We have to mount the MAP sensor and finish all the Jared add on rewiring and just some odd ball stuff.
I know im forgetting some details...but im freaking beat...my entire body hurts :banghead:
Pics from Day 2:
Day 3: 5-2-2010
Today we just buttoned a few loose ends.
All the Jared add-ons that we allowed him to keep are wired up and now SAFE!
Mounted the coolant fill tank in the proper position and made sure that was all kosher.
All the gauges are wired up.
Bumper and headlights are mounted and bolted.
Hood is back on.
Interior is pretty much back together.
The things we have left to do:
Map sensor
Plug the whole on top of the blower
Jared has to find the actuator and hose.
Fix one coolant line that goes to the overflow tank.
Find a belt tool so we can get the belt on.
Thats about it. I didn't take any pictures today...I'll take some the day we finish the car, once Jared finds the rest of the parts.
Update: 5-4-2010 Jared has acquired another blower so we are just gonna swap them out. he still has to get the fill cap and the belt tool and we should be able to finish on Saturday.

Looks like you guys have it under control. I wouldn't have mounted the supercharger until I put on the bypass valve. The reason being you have to mount the bypass valve properly, meaning the blade on the SC has to be closed when the valve is closed. If not, you'll lose some boost.
As far as the belt, I bought the tool. A lot of people unbolt the supercharger and hook the belt on the pulley and then put pressure on the back of the supercharger and bolt it in, but that is a bit dangerous with the bolts and all. Don't want to strip anything.

looks good, i would of repainted the SC. should of looked into the dual pass mod since u already had it off, lil bit better cooling. overall looks clean though in the engine. cant wait to see what it does with stage 2. pushing my date back a lil from when im installing the sc. i got all parts even tune but figure i still got like 50k miles on my warrenty.
o i also didnt see anyone with a grinder, how did you get a part (forgot which one) on w/o grinding the block?

Dual pass let's two lines of coolant in and one way out. But instead of one way cooling all r cores, one inlet does two and other inlet does two. Really good mod, would work well with the h/e u have. Unless u just do meth and u won't need no other supporting modes. How far u in now or still waiting on parts?

Jared is getting codes:
P0122
P0123
P0222
P0223
Now i know that these pertain to the throttle body/throttle position sensor..
Can someone shed some light on to why he might be getting these.
We did rewire the TB from the 6pin to 8pin. We triple checked everything before we buttoned it up.
Any help is appreciated guys.
If you need more info I can give him a call.
Side Note: I am not with the car, Jared is somewhere with the car and he doesn't have internet at the moment.
Bump...anyone???
