I have a GT2871R Turbo and it has the ports for water cooled as well as oil cooled.
now i wanna run coolent thru the turbo, but where would i "T" it off at or tap into?

I would just tap into the heater hoses near the firewall, that's the way i have them ran on my neon anyway

 

the water feed u tee the heater hose that leads into the firewall, there are 2 of them, i think its the upper one of the 2, the return gets teed into the hose that goes to the resevoir(top of the resevoir also goes from head to tank)
