Picked this up at work, some guy had it in the back of his explorer and had no idea what it was, said he'd found it in his house when he moved in.

Anyways I think this is a Garrett T3 .42/.48 turbo but I am not sure, could someone please help me out.

Looks like I found it, Garrett gt12!
I have no idea though what engine it is built for, any ideas?
I am guessing sport bike...

 

its not a custom build. its from a factory turbo vehicle. vw and audi have been using this type of turbo setup where the manifold is cast into the turbo exhaust flange. its pretty useless unless you have a car with this setup. toss it on ebay and see what you get for it.

 

It defiantly isn't for the lsj so it much be garbage. hehe

Busa do you have any other information? From what I can find it is a gt12.
Before I toss it on eBay I should atleast know haha!

 

so just a quick bump, this turbo and its set up is a Garrett M12 for the 1.4L Chevy Cruze 2009

 

Just read this thread, but yeah it looks just like the setup on our 2011 Cruze 1.4 turbo.
