That happened between my first and second Z54. When the second one went on I was already planning to have the tune modified, but same tune that took first turbo to 25psi pegged the second at 30.

All that Dave modified was the WGDC real quick and it was back to being the same.

Thanks. I knew it was called something different!
yeah I log baro for that reason!

Almost about 5k on it now and still boosting hard! Raced a random Golf R no brake boost etc and had him by a car. Can't wait for next year for E and some head work and see what she can do 🙌🤙

Give a 10-15k review when you reach there as that's where many have seen the failures. Good to hear it is running strong though currently! Do you ever log with HPTuners?

oh yeah for sure I just like keeping the forum alive as much as I can hah. Car is away for the season and currently deciding if I am gonna go E47.

You guys think I'll be ok on E47 with the Z54 on stock fueling system?

I can't say 100% but I'd assume so, depending on how aggressive you want to go.

When PWerks tuned my second Z54 I had redone all the timing and added the fuel lobe cam since I was in there, and he said based on numbers he didn't think it would have been needed. Always good to have extra I guess, as I use the same setup for e blend on the Z57BB too.

good to know thanks bro! ZZP tried selling me fueling mod haha. I am going to get the cam and opels later but if I can get by with E47 with the stock fueling system then **** it.

E47 on stock fuel system will be on the outer limits of the fuel system for sure. Really depends how much you turn up the boost.

I found a 7163 for sale which I may have to pick up. E85 might have to wait another season 😪
