anyone happen to have the install instructions for the zzp turbo kit. mind did not come with any

everything seems pretty simple besides the alt and the pulley tensioner, thats where im lost. also i didnt see the v band clamp for the down pipe in the package this might be a problem

the alt you just replace with the one thats on the car.
the tensioner, assuming youre an lsj, goes in place of your idler pulley.

so what your saying is i will only have the crank, pump, ac, alt and the new pulley tensioner pulleys?

youll only have 4 pulleys now.

instructions for what lol you bolt it on
the tensioner pulley is a bitch, i left the motor mount and **** in and used a long socket through the wheel well lol then used a prybar and my jack to release tension to put the belt on

vband clamp is pretty hard to miss its huge so....mine was clamped to the dp when they shipped it

thanks that pic helped out alot, and yea i cant find the v-band clamp that kinda ruins my weekend to get tuned if i cant get one

it allowed me to be patient with the car when it wasnt cooperating lol

having a helping hand definitely makes things alot easier.
hardest part was getting the turbo to fit through the bottom of the car and taking the oil pan off...

haha hell yea **** i got the s252 but you gotta turn it just right to get it through....trying to put the 4 bolts through the turbo to the exhaust mani is horrible if you only got 1 person too

haha i havent even got to all that yet, im gonna pull some late nighters but i need to finish this by the end of sat. things would be faster if i had instructions. but i already had everything off the car so that part was taken care of. now i didnt know i needed to pull the oil pan. why do you have to do that? see this is why i need instructions haha.

by the way i got the idle pulley off and putting on the new one. what in the hell makes it stay in one position with only one bolt holding it on????

You have to pull the oil pan to weld in a bung for turbo drain hose.
So if you're going to have it done sat, you better get the pan off soon.

Here is the instructions:

errrrr maybe u shouldve taken it to zzp lol no offense but you're gonna mess something up its all common sense stuff hardest part intellectually was the wastegate setup

the second time around i dropped the motor to do the manifold and turbo haha saved like 45 minutes by takin the motor out lol a few of those nuts on the turbo mani are a bitch to get on while the motor is in place

haha no doubt i used an open end on like 3 or 4 of them then 3 or so on the oil pan too
