Chevrolet began advertising the Cobalt on television with the start of the Olympic Games, and since came out with a number of new attractive commercials.
As it gets closer to the estimated October delivery date, we are starting to find the Cobalt featured among the all new Chevrolet Lineup in various magazines. In the “Fashion Rocks” magazine, (a supplement to Glamour, October 2004) J Records artist Monica poses with a yellow Supercharged SS. The ad reads:
"The new Chevy Cobalt SS Supercharged Coupe commands attention on the streets. It goes for the bold, with vibrant colors and a supercharged engine, and the smooth ride gives a new meaning to freedom of the road.”
"Multiplatinum J Records recording artist Monica has a career in music that’s in the starts. Monica’s third release, the number one Billboard album, After the Storm, displays the Grammy Award winner’s talents of cowriting and rapping, which revolutionizes her career."
The new Cobalt’s primary targets are the younger drivers and given the advertising, we have no doubt the Cobalt will be the hot car many are looking for.
