Hey guys, we're thinking of scrapping the idea of using a banner meet shot for the cover, as the photos just aren't looking "cover worthy" So I need to see your BEST group shots. Please make sure you have the full size photo available. Needs to be a very high quality photo. Also doesn't matter if you were in the calendar last year, or even won this year, that rule doesn't apply here. Lets see what you've got!

 

 

 

 

all pics are great in their own ways. And since rules don't apply here, you could photoshop COBALTSS.NET into whatever picture you choose.

ya pretty much. I'll give it a few days to see what everyone can come up with. Kinda just doing this in the mean time while I wait on one or two more winning photos to come in, and when I find out who at IB to send the photos to. So far I really like the one with the city skyline above.

Looking for a combination of a nice group of cars, scenery, and lighting.

 

 

Except for there's a blue Redline blocking the right half of Cobalts That'd be the only non-cobalt vehicle in the whole calendar...

How about a collage using the 13 runners up?

Maybe make a thread with all the runner up pics in it and hold a 3-5 day contest for people to submit their best covers featuring the those 13 pics. Then have a 3-5 day poll to vote on the best cover collage.

 

Tried thst a few years back, it looked sloppy. One single photo looks much cleaner.

Where's the panaramic one RKRamos made?

I think there are enough similar pics on this site to make a few Cobalt calenders. Here are a few:

- cobalts in front of graffiti
- cobalts by trains or train tracks
- cobalts staring at a sunset
- cobalts on varrstoens
- cobalts rolling
- cobalts next to a semi or semi trailer
- cobalts near a loading dock

and a few others.

 

that's a little longer than I'd like to wait. I want to have this calendar ready to go by the end of the week.
