Petition for the LNF Upgrade Kit!
The boys over at GM needs some help telling some of the other boys that this kit is priority and needs to be worked on before anything else! To do so the crew at GMTunerSource.com made a post that will be monitored directly by GM higher-ups to see exactly what the demand is for this kit.
If you want it, this is your chance to be heard. Head on over to GMTunerSource.com and make a comment in the "Petition for LNF Upgrade Kit" post to let them know who the real tuners are in the GM family.

MOD: Can we possibly start a petition here and link it to GMTunerSource.com? I'm willing to bet there are a lot of people like myself that don't feel like registering just to reply to the petition and subsequently receive bulk emails.

I think they have already lost alot of business due to the wait. There are still folks out there however that are really looking forward to this being released, but I just don't think the ROI is enough to rush this for the LNF crowd. Bigger fish to fry. I was one that got very excited, then waited, then got very excited, then waited.......then got tuned! I'll still post however.

I'm sure it's not a matter of worrying that they won't sell very well. I would be willing to bet that at least 40% of all SS/SC owners on this forum have purchased a GM stage kit. Granted most of them later decided that the kit was too conservative and upgraded to 60s and smaller pulley.

Also, the GM guys are just going to be checking that post to measure demand.
However, if you'd like to receive any bulk emails from GMTS, there is a newsletter signup form on the top right of the GMTS homepage.

Sorry, I have all the red-headed stepchild parts on my car so that makes it official.
All Cobalts are built a little bit better because they tested all of their stupid crap on the '04 Redlines. With my crazy PCM, Backwards Wired Intercooler Pump, Timing Chain Tensioner, CPS leak, VSS and quirky BCM this car takes the cake. I do have really thick axles from factory on my car though - they gipped the SS/SC guys there but then fixed it back again for the SS/TC.

the cobalt will be no more soon anyway so from a business stand point it makes no sense. Why are they going to spend a lot of money and make peanuts off if it. Ya, sure it'll sell but it wont be worth what they put in it. Expect more to come from their line up though as far as the camaro is concerned and more fuel efficient cars.

Oh yeah, the Cobalt still has another two full years until it heads off to the big garage in the sky.
