Engine chokes after fill up

Just got a new car and tonight I filled up for the 2nd time since I got the car. And both times, it has choked out when I start it. I have to start it and rev it up for a while then its fine. Granted I do live in Indiana and the cold has hit the past 2 weeks and it could just be moisture build up and just need to throw some gas cleaner it. ALSO I do have a check engine for the Evaporator Purge Sylenoid. Whatever the hell that is! I bought it like that and havent had any performance issues so havent been too worried about but that could be it as well...ANY HELP APPRECIATED!

Ok awesome yea I kinda figured that would be it. Would that effect enough of the system to where it could cut down on mileage too? So far the only issue Ive been able to notice is right after fill up.

I agree with Evap Solenoid. You can test it by taking it off and blowing into the side from the rear, if air flows through then it's bad, if you can't blow any air through then it's not the problem.

I know I have a bad EVAP Solenoid...I just didnt know if the choking out after fill up was because of that.
