i have to change my fuel filter what kind of filter is the best and where do i get it

I'm 18k over the reccomended mileage your supposed to change the fuel filter at

I have the brand new fuel filter (purchased from crateenginedepot.com) sitting in my room in its box, I just haven't got around to changing it. I'm gonna change it soon when I clean my dryflow filter and do an oil change.

 

How often are you supposed to change the fuel filter?
