Improve MPG +20HP $15?????

Not sure if this has been posted before, but whats the deal with this product? Found on ebay.
What do you think ?
Says it improves gas mileage, and boosts HP by +20. for $15? hmmn...

i looked at it.. ummm honestly like this is my opinion... if you look at the tiny pics on how it goes on.. it doesnt look like it would help ur power at all?? cause its basically blocking air flow somewhat.. thas jus my thought though so i dunno but i dnt think id put it on my car if i had it...

it just tells your maf a perfect temperature outside so it makes the most power and thus its taking fuel and helping the fuel efficiancy... its unsafe in serton conditions and our ecm probably finds a problem and resets the maf once it realises the temps are way off.
so DONT get it and DONT use it... not safe , waste of money, porbably screw something up eventuily.

The auto industry spends millions if not billions redesigning cars to make them more efficient every year. If there was a $15 piece that would increase the fuel economy and horsepower of every car you would be quite dumb to believe they wouldn't come in our vehicles off the assembly line.

i dont know what you guys are talking about... i purchased this product 6 months ago and it really does help alot. ive noticed on my DIC that my mileage went from about 31 to 36 mpg roughly and the butt dyno tells me that the 20 hp estimate isnt far off. it is definitely worth the $15 and prob one of the best mods for me to date. you have to actually try things out before assuming...
