Lightbulb Your take on CAI and exhaust systems?

So I bought another CAI off of Ebay(BOMZ) brand because ya never see the damn thing anyways, cause its tucked in your wheel well. I bought the first one off Ebay and it through the p0128 code throwing off my gas/air ratio and in end dumping un-needed gas into my engine. So I returned it and figured I'd talk to BOMZ about it and make sure they guaranteed it wouldn't do this again, they assured me so I said screw it I can send it back once again if it doesn't work out once again. Any tips on making a CAI work or do these just suck passed your MAF sensor just right to work correctly?

Now that - thats outta the way, I'm wondering about getting a cheap exhaust, cause if you're sucking in more (with a CAI) you should be blowing out more right? So any suggestions on an exhaust system? I found this cheap ass exhaust system:

and would like some intake or feedback on it asap before I end up ordering a piece system, or is it all basically going to be the same in the end as for performance? I'm pretty sure the only difference is going to be in the sound between systems. Lettme know what your input is.
