Some ******* backed into my car last night and dented in my hood! Try to get some pics later.

UPDATE: Got to lookin a lil closer and they have scuffed up my bumper too..and kinda spiderweb'd my paint a lil!!!

damn what a fagget. did it only dent in the hood or did is break your bumper too?

It dented my hood and cracked the paint on the creases of the dent....and there are scuff marks going up my bumper. Then there is like a lil circular cut/scuff mark maybe from an exhaust pipe. And down by my middle grill insert there is like a spiderweb effect in my paint like its cracked.

Not yet...I am at work now. I have never had to make a claim...so not quite sure what all to do. Does it matter that I have already drove the car? I know tonight I am going to check out the rear of the vehicle I suspect it is cause I was parked behind them last night!

 

no i dont think it will matter, but making a claim is very easy, thats what the insurance company is there for.

just call the police first, file a police report, then cal the insurance company tell them what happened, give them the police report # and they will instruct you from there

I havent made a claim yet. I went to a body shop and got an estimate for $865. Im going to go to a couple more before I meet up with the insurance guy.

Yea I have called and talked to my insurance...but I haven't made the official claim.
