The damn sunroof wont stop leaking on my 06 coupe. i have the headliner out of the car for cleaning so i have access to the entire roof. i did have a clogged rear driver size drain and i used my air hose and blasted all 4 drains out and BOTH my rear drains STILL LEAK! I Have my rear seat removed so the water isnt damaging anything, it just fills up 3 inches deep every time it rains. Any ideas?

 

While I can't say this is your problem, my wife and I both had that issue. Mine was a Chrysler and hers was an Infinity. Both times it was the roof itself, namely the area around the sunroof seal. Over time that steel rusted out enough to allow water into the car. That is one reason why I'm not fond on sunroofs.

 

Yikes, my roof appears to be rust free, +1 for desert car. I Will inspect the glass seal however. i never thought of that

 

Maybe this can help; he replaces the sunroof, but shows all the parts and pieces. My guess is weather stripping related as those do fall apart after a while.
