J1349 Certified Power Engine Data for GM LNF as used in 2008.5 Chevrolet Cobalt-Small Car Level 1
2008.5... that really a 2009 right? so its the 2009 not 08 which is what everyone basically thought

Im just wondering if they are planning to release this car halfway through 2008. I mean hell the HHR was more of a "for sure" Turbo that the cobalt was and it isnt even out yet. I mean look at the chevy website. This has me scratching my head ya know?
Heck I dont even know why we are pondering this. My cousin is an ecotec designer. Hell, he got me the discount on the car in the first place. I didnt realize there was such a hype about all thsi turbo stuff, hang on lemme make a phone call for you guys...

u think theres a reason that there are a lot of turbo cars and not supercharged cars???
give me my turbo damn it..
and 2008.5 means they dont release it late 2007 like the rest of the 2008 models.. they release it early to mid 2008..

I think that means somwhere around 2008 January that the car will show up in dealerships. Second half of 08 which starts in Jan of 08 since 08 model year starts in Aug- Sept 07
Just like the new Camaro coming out...how long have people been talking about that? Or the new Skyline coming out and that's in ******* Japan! I think even the new style mustangs were being talked about in magazines 2 years before it came out...
no doubt--that's exactly what comes to mind...not to mention the Cobalt SS/SC 'hype' commercials where they were playing kickball with Corvettes--you'd think they'd have some kind of gimmick by now
damn television
