+1 for GM roadside...

Scenario:

Started car to warm it up at work, have my remote so i can disconnect it from the key and lock the doors. I get out, lock the doors & go inside. Come back out 10min later, remote won't unlock the door, WTF! I open the remote, try reinserting the battery, still nothing figure dead battery. OK, so i get a co-worker to run me up to the store, buy a replacement battery, get back to work, doors still won't unlock!! So get on the phone call up GM Roadside, they take my info, and in less then 30minutes the guy is there, uses his tools and in under a minute is into my car, all on GM's tab. So, WOOT for GM roadside, and there expedience!

It gets better, I come home, try the remote again still nothing . So I come inside, find the 2nd key/remote, give it ago & it works perfect from 15+ ft away. I figure "lets try the old one, one more time. Press the unlock button, THE ******* THING WORKS NOW!!! So I don't know what that **** is about, both remotes work, just wanted to give props to GM roadside for helping me out.

Get your BCM checked. Hrm, you have projectors so I don't know how well it would work, but I know for me the first sign was when I would unlock it at night, the lights wouldn't come on and while driving I had no high beams, then the remotes started being all screwy.
