1 Less Cobalt

So.....I was teaching on of my good friends to drive, and a missunderstanding ended up jumping my 08 cobalt special edition over an 8inch curb through a bush and comming to a stop after The whole front driverside quarter panel was tore off, the Front Driverside tire was removed (Ti rod shattered and a Peice of steel broke can tell its kinda mashed in there right now) All 4 tires blown 3 wheels ruined Dent in passenger side quarterpanel and a messed up rear bumper. Thats the obvious stuff, its pouring Brake fluid and Transmition fluid. and this all happened on Base.....at 40mph, we both got arrested for Destruction of Goverment Property hit for doing it, me for it being my car, and yea......Im praying its not totaled but common sense says otherwise, so about the new 08 Turbos......lol

Cuffs and into the cage in the car.......when we got there they did the questioning in the Room like you see on TV, then they let me go, his 1st Shirt (The guys who bails you outta jail) had to come and get him. I said "Make a left up here", and he assumed I meant the left we just passed and tried to do that, didnt work.

Got nothing to do with Darwin's failed/unproven "theory" (and a theory it still remains).

It was just a simple motor vehicle accident, and that's all.

Sorry to hear that man--that's why nobody ever, ever, ever drives my car. Not even my wife. Hell--especially not my wife.

Now about those new T/C Cobalts

The only time someone has driven either my Impala or my Cobalt has when I've had just a little too much to drink, and I force them to drive slower than the speed limited ;o

IDK, he didnt let off the gas until he saw us heading for the tree.....then I had to reach over and turn the wheel, and without tires Im lucky it even turned. It could have been worse, thats why I have insurance.......Does anybody know anything about rental cars? Being 18 an I entitled to one?

it depends on your insurance. they may allot a certain amount of money per day, say 18 dollars a day for rental cars, so you can get one in that range, or get one above that and pay the difference. check with your policy

No, no it has everything to do with it. The theory of natural selection simply states that inferior things will eventually weed themselves out. You have an inherently inferior communicator and driver. The car got totalled, now there's no car for the inferior driver or communicator to use. Thus removing the inherent lack of skills from the road and clearing ways for superior skills. Darwin wins.

I know you have to be 21 to rent a car here in PA, but I thought that was a pretty common thing throughout all the states. I know you have to be 21 in FL to rent, at least that's how it was when I was there 4 years ago...that sucks man, I don't let anyone drive my balt unless I'm far too drunk, but my friends are afraid of my car so they drive extra slow and careful (they don't want to hurt my baby haha)

Ive never heard that, Sheppard AFB and Eglin(The one im stationed at) and Hurlburt (The one I wrecked on) All have varying speed limits from 15 all the way to 55.....the speed limit for the area was 45....I had it 4 months it was a Christmas Present for myself, the sunday before Christmas.
