I have a question that I am hoping will be answered by someone reading this thread.

I have read that the SS's use the same exhaust systems from the manifold to the tailpipe. I know that the 2.2L has smaller piping all the way. What is the difference in the exhaust manifolds?? I am upgrading my 2.2L catback to a factory SS catback. I'm going to cut out the 2.25" section and the muffler and install 2.5" pipe and a Flowmaster Super 40 with the SS tip. Then I want to install the Random Technology 2.5" superstainless downpipe with high flow cat. Does the 2.2L have a smaller collector?? If the downpipe is upgraded to 2.5", could the Clear Image Header be used on the 2.2L??

Please can someone give me more insight on this!!!!
