Hey guys.. Two small questions..

1. I have a fob that I need to activate. My old one stopped working. I replaced the battery and everything. The unlock works but the lock doesn't. I just use the key now. But I figured I should at least program it.. Can you do it yourself or is this a dumb-dealer thing?

2. I have some condensation in my passenger side foglight housing. No clue how. But how do I remove it? I'm adding HID's soon, so I'll have the housing opened up for a bit.. I'd like to do it then if possible..
