they have done studies on this..

there really is no difference in running A/C or having windows down because the difference of Drag coefficent you have to factor in the down windows.. its all about how you drive

^ Yeah I read that study.

Well, I'm pretty sure I wont have to wait till october, but I prefer to over estimate the date. That way when it comes in earlier than expected its just a nice surprise.

Yeah, I've seen studies on that too. Drag is just as bad (depending on speed).

I hope mine comes in before October...need some good driving time before winter, lol.

Just thought I'd throw in my two cents. I would assume U.S. would get them in before Canada....

i dont think the drag is that bad when im only going maybe 40mph to and from work. i used to be able to go a full week on 25$ at the pump. now with using air i go about 5 days if im lucky. though if i use the highway i put my windows up to reduce drag.

Mythbusters! ... your better off with the windows up and A/C on then blasting around with the windows down... because of the drag coefficient yes...

snobird, GM started building 07's this week, there's no way GM is going to sit on tens of thousands of cars until October...as far as I'm conerned your dealer is BS'ing you.

No offfense but somethings wrong with this picture, GM builds thousands of Cobalt's a week and your dealer won't get one for 3 1/2 months ...they must be on the bottom of the list. BTW, what's the dealers name?
