2009 Rally Yellow Sedan....Should I Buy?

Hey gang. I have a question I have the opportunity to purchase a 2009 Rally Yellow sedan SS with only 11000 miles on it is $16500 to much?
It has the Stage one kit on it too.
I heard there was only 15 of the Rally Yellows built an this is number 5.

Any thoughts?
Thanks
O.B.

We took it in on a trade and I am starting to dig it I had no Idea how fast these thing were.

I had a Saturn Sky Redline and this SS feels like it pulls way harder in second and all the way through the gears.

If I remember correctly, it's the rarest cobalt that has ever been made.

see if it has the G85 option. This option can be found on the build list in the trunk under the carpet on the left side.

too bad for OB1....i just bought it today!!!!

OB is a cool cat though...he's the manager and a straight up guy...love the way it pulls and I've had a stealth RT TT, evo8, '98 integra type R, s2000, and now this bad a$$ cobalt...makes me a believer in "new" "american muscle"

glad to be on the boards and soon to be modded

BTW...my gauge reads like 22/23 lbs of boost at WOT...is this high or is the gauge just not that accurate?!?!?

Probably just about right. These cars vary by location, and air density.

they were down to $16,995 and since the manager was looking to pay $16,500 i figured it had to be worth it...with the mileage so low KBB was around $20,000 since it was optioned out w/GMs1 upgrade

i was upside down on my trade in...who isn't, but the SS itself was 16,995 + tax and the typical dealer bullsh%t...i was still out the door for a lil under 20k

i feel good about it being that it was pampered, optioned out, and the ultra rare RY sedan with G85 and GMs1

can't stop walking out to the garage just to look...BTW feels as strong as my '03 evo8 was when stock and would definately smoke my hondas...as for the stealth...that thing was a tank, but it's the only only one of them all that i still have!!

what's the best first mod...bang for the buck...done some searches, but common sense tells me the charge piping and down pipe are major restriction points...along with a k&n...sound about right?!

Dp first, but check to see if it doesn't already have one.
