20k Miles and Going Strong

Today I hit over 20k miles on my car since owning it at the end of March (yeah I know thats a lot of miles already) but it's my daily driver till the end of october, after that it's going into storage till March. Car has to go to work (20 miles one way) to girlfriends (30 miles one way) my dads (50 miles one way), my moms 6 miles one way and my brothers (six miles one way). This is all driving from my apartment! I dare not drive this in the winter. Bad idea....

Couple things I wanted to point out, **** hasn't been breaking since I hit 15k (good thing I think?) And on top of that BETTER GAS MILEAGE. I'm now getting on average 25 miles to the gallon SOLID and I do all sorts of driving, mostly city but some highway every now and then. Not bad considering your only suppose to get maybe 23 in the city..unless your running full boost. Keep in mind, I got the SS/SC.

When I store it for the winter my cost to store it with full coverage (minus driving coverage) for flood, theft, fire etc.. is only $200 for six months. This means I save $$ and will have more mods coming in the spring (or during winter).

Car seems to run stronger now with a few more miles then it should . That's ok, I will run my cavailer to the ground when I drive in the winter. I've only gotta drive 4 1/2 months in this shitty michigan weather. can't be that bad.

Just wanted to report the goods.

yeah i got mine on june 13th and i have 9700 mile the car has a better feel too it and better gas mileage than it did for the first 5000 miles. At first i was only getting 17.5 miles per gallon but since i first got it, it has gotten up to almost 20. It gets better slowly every week.

I put about 2000 miles a month on my car, but that's because I love to drive. I'm not concerned about wear and tear though. I run a collision center and get super discounts from GM. I can get a complete crate motor for my ss/sc w/ supercharger for about $1800 installed.
